The Gabba Business Association (GBA) aims to promote and encourage local business to work together and build successful business partnerships. The GBA is a not-for-profit organization. The GBA has an Executive Committee, Sub Committee, a Secretariat and Members.

Affiliation with other Groups

The GBA is affiliated with “West End Traders Association” and “Business Southbank” and as such members are entitled to discounts and access to events and resources as advertised.

Information, Education and Business Growth

The GBA is made up of business owners and representatives from numerous industry types and sizes in the Woolloongabba area. Members use the chamber to help network, stay up to date on local issues and learn business skills from each other. Educational opportunities are also provided through seminars, workshops and Guest Speakers. Informal mentoring by experienced GBA members is known to benefit new members who are starting a new business.

Representing the Business Community to Government

As a group the GBA lobbies Local, State and Federal Government on issues affecting members. Your Government representatives are also members of the Association. The GBA supports members in taking up issues impacting their business with Government.

Regular Networking Opportunities

Breakfast and evening functions are held on a quarterly basis and we are looking to increase the activity in this area.
